Returns: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns for refund or exchange are subject to a 10% restocking fee and merchandise must be shipped to us prepaid. All returns must be unused and in resalable condition. Artistic Railings Inc. reserves the right upon inspection of the returned items to not issue a refund or exchange if items are not in original resalable condition when received by Artistic Railings Inc. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be pre-authorized by Artistic Railings Inc and no COD returns will be accepted by Artistic Railings Inc.

Shipping Damage: Inspect the box exterior of all deliveries when they arrive and report any damage to the exterior of the box to the delivery driver at that time and have them note and confirm it. Failure to do so will make any damage claims extremely difficult. You are required to notify Artistic Railings Inc within 2 of Artistic Railings Inc. business days of receipt of the damaged product. Take pictures of the box and all items that are delivered and keep the box and all items together and safe unit the delivery service damage inspector has inspected and Artistic Railings Inc. has notified you what you will need to do with the damaged product.
